Chicago Loop Architecture Tour
The Chicago Loop Architecture Tour will be back in the Spring of 2017. If you’re interested in a Chicago Loop tour please check out our Chicago “Total” Loop Tour.
Chicago is very well known for it’s incredible architecture – and for good reason. Given a blank canvas after the Great Chicago Fire of 1871 and the newly discovered steel-frame building Chicago quickly became the skyscraper capital of the world.
Learn about the varied and brilliant architecture found throughout the Loop on your journey starting at the iconic Willis Tower (Sears Tower) and concluding in Millennium Park. Our guide will share the history of Chicago and explain the multiple architectural influences that helped shape Chicago’s incredible skyline.
The Chicago Loop Architecture Tour starts at the Willis Tower, Chicago’s tallest building and the country’s second tallest building. The Chicago Loop Architecture Tour winds its way through Chicago’s Loop and ends the tour just across from Millennium Park giving you an opportunity to explore Chicago on your own, or take a guided tour with us on our Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park Tour.
